                        <h3>GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT & PAPER SUBMISSION</h3>
                        <ul>
                            <li>1. Contributed papers will have to be of qualified value for publication.</li>
                            <li>2. A generalized presentation should be avoided.</li>
                            <li>3. An abstract of 300 words, followed by the full paper within 3000 words, typed in single side, 1.5 space with Times New Roman font, 12 pt. size( For Bengali-Kalpurush, 12 pt.), margin of 1 inch in left/right/top and bottom and should be submitted by 15th March, 2024 (Full Ppaer should be submitted by 30th March, 2024).</li>
                            <li>4. Each article must be accompanied with at most five keywords just after the abstract.</li>
                            <li>5. In addition, softcopy of the full paper should be submitted through e-mail, to the mail-id: gcebnationalseminar24@gmail.com</li>
                            <li>6. Once a paper is submitted, no change/ modification / addition in authorship will be allowed.</li>
                            <li>7. All references should be cited in APA style (7th edition).</li>
                            <li>8. Pre-declaration by the author(s) should be made separately that the paper has not been sent elsewhere for publication.</li>
                            <li>9. The decision of the organizing committee about acceptance of the paper will be final. The seminar committee will not be held responsible for the opinion expressed by the author(s).</li>
                            <li>10. Paper presenters should bring their soft copy of presentation slides in their own pen drive. </li>
